[freetds] 0.61rc4 posted and announced

I'm not worried about the number of RPMs so much as the number someone would
need to do a basic connectivity test. That number should be one, and it is.
I could see combining i386 and doc, but keeping the others separate makes
sense to me. (I don't use ODBC at all.)
