Ya know, some days (most?) I'm an idiot. Just a case of me working on too
many patches at once. I just added the query.c file which is related to
some of the placeholder stuff for TDS 5. BTW freetds can know prepare
placeholder statements under tds 5 and get results back...still working on
execution.

The is a bug in the version of autoconf...can't remember the specifics but
it's harmless (the endian detection and integer size detect routines
cause it).

modify pool.h with your settings and compile! Not very user friendly as I
said. Re: endianness...I think it's ok but don't hold me to it.
