I finally got around to installing this patch (sorry it took so long). Here
is the query I am trying to execute.

select id, upsize_ts from tblclients where id=6657

First I compiled PHP as a CGI so I could test it from the command line ant
worked just fine then I compiled php as an apache loadable module
(--with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs) and it crashed (the page returned no data).

Here are all the php options
  --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs \
         --with-pgsql \
         --enable-track-vars \
         --with-xml \
         --with-dom \
         --with-sybase=/usr/local/freetds \
         --disable-debug

Any idea as to why php would act this way?
