Porting TDS to QNX for use with MSSQL 7

I think the unixODBC src available from www.unixODBC.org will build and has
been tried on QNX. (that is the driver manager and a bunch of drivers and
tools)
We will be releasing source to our FreeTDS ODBC driver (binary only right
now) on library.freeodbc.org, next week, and that should build fine on QNX
as well.
