Introduction to Recirculation Aquaculture

Saturday, March 12  10AM - 4 PM
Community Action Organization of Erie County

Ted Universal, President of the New York State Aquaculture  
Association, will lead this seminar. Participants will learn the nuts  
and bolts of building and running a cold water commercial fish farm.  
Cold water fish are in high demand and current supply is low. A fully  
functioning recirculation system will be on site.

There is no charge for this seminar, which is co-sponsored by the  
Community Action Organization of Erie County and the New York  
Sustainable Agriculture Working Group, but you will need to bring your  
lunch.

Participation is capped at 30 so register early. Registration closes  
on March 4th.
