I've put some additional error handling into the StationServerPlugin class
(specifically I've added the list of commandline options that are being
handled).  I can simulate the same stack trace here if I provide an invalid
port argument (e.g. adding a character to the port value).  What I really
need now is to see that stack trace your getting relative to a build based
on rev 1237.
