Joel,
Thanks for sending this article. It captures the excitement and energy
we seem to be lacking.
Two questions for you and/or the other network experts.
1. If a network starts from the grassroots basis described in this
article, can that network grow to include municipal services (secured)
like police, fire and EMS or are those two totally different types of
networks?
2. What is the cost, if any, of moving from a grassroots network to a
more powerful and tightly secured (municipal, corporate) use?
