if you cannot afford to tip 20% or more, you should not be eating out.
period.

Why don't we just go straight to exterminating them. That's pretty callous.
I tip some would say extravagantly (over 20% usually). But I wouldn't say
people who make less than I do who tip 15% are committing some sort of
restaurant crime. And what about someone who wants to take their family out
once in a blue moon to make them happy but is trying to stretch every dollar
they earn.
Are there any other rules we're not aware of?
