Well spotted Jason. It's a lack of consistency in the legal code between the
text defining the "Licence" as per your email and then the "Licence Terms"
(which are consistent with what we had understood the CC
Attribution-Non-Commercial-No Derivative Works 2.0 UK: England & Wales to
be)
Best wishes
Naomi

Hi,
I note that in the text of the Attribution-Non-Commercial-No Derivative
Works 2.0 UK: England & Wales CC licence, the second paragraph under
'Licence' states:
"This Creative Commons England and Wales Public Licence enables You (all
capitalised terms defined below) to view, edit, modify, translate and
distribute Works worldwide for Non-Commercial purposes under the terms of
this Licence, provided that You credit the Original Author."
Of course, as a non-derivative licence, it does not allow editing,
modification or translation of the material - has this paragraph been
wrongly copied over from the Attribution - Non-Commercial 2.0 England and
Wales licence, or am I missing something (a distinct possibility)?
Cheers,
Jason
