Hi,
I note that in the text of the Attribution-Non-Commercial-No Derivative Works 2.0 UK: England & Wales CC licence, the second paragraph under 'Licence' states:
"This Creative Commons England and Wales Public Licence enables You (all capitalised terms defined below) to view, edit, modify, translate and distribute Works worldwide for Non-Commercial purposes under the terms of this Licence, provided that You credit the Original Author." (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/uk/legalcode)
Of course, as a non-derivative licence, it does not allow editing, modification or translation of the material - has this paragraph been wrongly copied over from the Attribution - Non-Commercial 2.0 England and Wales licence, or am I missing something (a distinct possibility)?
Cheers,
Jason
