Glenn -

Geez... our work is about to be sold via Itunes, Rhapsody and
Napster 2.0 ( its already sold via Emusic).... and i wonder how in
hell do we include such a thing as teh sampling license with those
downlaods?!? I wonder what options we have and what they would let us
get away with? They just grabbed teh tracks from CD copies of the
works. I wonder how to even appraoch them with this. We're such small
fry, that they might not care to bother with doing anything special.
As far as I know, only Itunes lets you download little graphic and
text "extras". The others might do this eventually.

Also ( and not so relevant to this list) -

We plan to have a very brief list of info, books and websites at the
back of the book in our next book/CD/video release, so we want to go
ahead and have some sort of very succinct description of Creative
Commons, the sampling license itslef, and our involvement in the
creation of it. Any chance you can paste some text together that has
the relevant info that I can work off of? I am not entirely sure
exactly how to describe what we did working with you adn dont want it
to be inaccurate! Maybe what we also could use is whatever official
press release you are planning about this that mentions Negativland.

And, in fact, i am not entirely sure how we now use the license on
our own mass produced work! Do we use some little logo and breif
text? Becuase we want attach it to the real analog for-sale object,
not just the on-line digital version....
