Can you explain the strategic reasons you are thinking of?

I am not sure why in general I would want to allow someone libre and gratis 
use of my work in a work where his or his "friend's" copyrights in that work 
can be used against me.

And shouldn't we have the equivalent of the lgpl in the cc world for those 
cases if they exist? Why must most of the cc BY-SA world look like the lgpl 
world and not the gpl world?
