[cc-licenses] 4.0(d1) moderation note

Hi Adam et.al.,

I have pushed out all the pending posts on the thread "Re: derivatives and
source".  It has been framed as a concrete proposal for 4.0, and so this
list is the right place for discussion for now.

It's an important issue, though admittedly a complicated challenge.  Give
us a day or so to review and pull some thoughts together based on what
we've heard so far.  Look for a post from Chris most likely, in the next
day or so.
