The big flaw in that argument is that the Creative Commons Foundation
has not committed itself to only providing licenses that meet the four
freedoms. As such, there is no guarantee that it will not redefine
NC-ND to mean "can be distributed and changed at will, by all and
sundry, unless wrapped in very strong DRM, such a 256 bit blowfish
encryption, and the password is not distributed"
