...and a note on the changes that were made, if the image is "reworked".
And any copyright notices, if they exist.

Something like this:

        Image "Minnesota Sunset" by Augie Q. Author, cropped to show
        only the cow, available under the Creative Commons Attribution
        2.5 license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.5/ ). See
        http://augie.example.com/sunset for more information.
