I thought that the discussion recently on what kinds of uses would and
wouldn't constitute "semantic relationship" was very helpful, and I'll
put my two bits in for it to continue. There's some intuition there,
one that a number of people on the list share, and bringing it into
clearer focus would be worthwhile. Translating that phrase into
something more precise would help; and so would getting consensus on a
standard set of examples.
I know that I'm on record as being against a license modification for
this, but some of my concerns would be addressed by a clearer
definition, and having one would open up other doors, even if the SA
licenses don't change.
