I've just been told that in private.
Well, I am disappointed that no announcement has been sent to this list:
I could have spent my time better at reviewing the final text, rather
than wasting my time on an already obsolete draft!   :-(

With that said, there's no point in continueing this conversation here,
as version 3.0 licenses won't change any longer...
