Fair enough. I just wanted an excuse to mention them. :-)

Note also that although Stallman/FSF does not "endorse" CC, this is
entirely because of the brand confusion issue.  FSF *does* list By and
By-SA as "free" licenses.

OSI has been pretty moribund for a long time now, so I don't think their
inaction on CC means anything.

That leaves Debian as the odd one out. So one could even say "3 out of 4
credible organizations agree: By and By-SA are 'free'".

Still weasel-worded, though. :-)
