There is an editable version of the document on which you can propose
new language. I'm not sure that the two are quite as distinct as you
seem to believe, but new perspective are always useful.
Addressing the list, Apply common sense if you decide to edit the
editable document: If you disagree with the *intent* of the document,
trying to push your perspective by editing the document will likely be
a waste of time. :)
