They are arguing for the "freedom" to impose DRM on other people. Which 
has the
same effect.

They are arguing that technological usage restrictions must not be imposed on
the end user in order to ensure that technological usage restrictions can be
imposed on the end user.

But DRM is given force by law, not technology.
