I probably should retract that. I was thinking of GPLv3, but of course, 
it is possible to implement legally-enforceable DRM/TPM under other free 
licenses.

Still, it's a strong claim to argue that Debian is arguing "for DRM 
lock-in": that is a gross oversimplification and a smear.  They are, 
rather, arguing for the absence of technological usage restrictions on 
the end user.  They are, quite specifically and pointedly, against *any* 
form of "lock-in", DRM or otherwise.
