I don't actually think that the compatibility between the CC licenses is that 
helpful from a Free point of view as it moves things to the more restricted 
and less free licenses. See the reasoning of locking BY-SA works out of 
CCMixter.

Besides, it could default to off and allow parallel distribution and those of 
us who know and care could add it.
