The thing is, I am fairly sure AVG is not Free (libre) though for some 
applications it may be free (gratis) and I know nothing of CCleaner and the 
website says: " CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool." 
Now most (all?) programs described as freeware are non-Free (libre) free 
(gratis) software.

Those of us interested in Free software are concerned with the freedom issue 
and not primarily with the no cost issue. It is good to kepp this distinction 
clear in discussions if you are seeking communication and understanding.

If you click into the Freedom issue, you may find that you can be highly 
creative with Free stuff.
