It's not a weakness, it's quite the opposite instead!
Firstoff, from a practical point of view, just imagine the
inconveniences that the license would cause if every and each user who
downloads the binary ISO images of a GNU/Linux distro were *compelled*
to also download the source ISO images!
I could go on describing the problems that such a requirement would
cause, but we're going rather OT for this thread, and hence I will stop
here.
P.S.: I should have sent this reply to the list, rather than to you
directly; I'm doing so now (sorry if you receive basically the same
answer for the second time...). I would prefer that you reply to the
list only, rather than Cc:ing me, as this should help me to avoid
