Perhaps you didn't understand the diagram. It showed the situation now,
without a parallel distribution clause, and the situation if there were
a parallel distribution clause. If there is parallel distribution, more
net rights. 

I agree that in a world without DRM there would be more that people can
do. That wasn't my point, though.
