Yes - but the such terms in a contract is not by default invalid or even 
unlawful, which would be the case with terms that tried to suppress or 
circumvent moral rights.

On cc-community I posted a link to a paper on Open Source and German 
Copyright Law (http://www.tilljaeger.de/art10.pdf ). On page 64 the 
authors discusses moral rights, might be worth reading.
