how about writing to mingpao and scmp in the name of cchk, to show
appreciation of rthk and to push it forward to other institutions - such as
Government Records Service <http://www.grs.gov.hk/>
and in the long run, we should try to squeeze someone - usually university
teaching staff - into the central policy unit on copyright / creative
industry policy.
