[Cc-hk] Follow up to translation of keywords used in Creative Commons

since i have been working for the copyright tag for inmedia's new CMS,
initial we translate as such:

attributive: 引用出處 (some time the attribution is not a 'name', so i use the
common terms in essay writing for quoting the source)
non-commercial: 非商業性
share alike: 以相同方式分享
non-derivative: 禁止洐生
