[Cc-hk] Follow up to translation of keywords used in Creative Commons

since i have been working for the copyright tag for inmedia's new CMS,
initial we translate as such:
attributive: ¤Þ¥Î¥X³B (some time the attribution is not a 'name', so i use the
common terms in essay writing for quoting the source)
non-commercial: «D°Ó·~©Ê
share alike: ¥H¬Û¦P¤è¦¡¤À¨É
non-derivative: ¸T¤îÏ¥Í
