[Cc-hk] discovered a suspected case of a CC-licensed work on Wikipedia being trotted by local Citibank Ads

As expected there's a wikipedian meet-up may be on coming weekends, this
week or next week
as one wikipedian is trying to book a venue in CUHK
I wonder if any of you can give him a hand, however
if we have a place to discuss this issue, it's good for our action anyway :p
