[Cc-hk] Virgin Mobile CC Controversy

I thought the case was closed but one family decided to sue nearly 
everyone, including the non-profit making Creative Commons Corp in the US.

I believe that the case will be in the news every now and then and we need 
to be able to explain this to the public when asked.
