 Dear Sir/Madam,



We would like to invite you to attend a lunchtime seminar by Mr Frank Wan.
Mr Frank Wan completed his post graduate studies in cancer research at the
Ontario Cancer Institute, Faculty of Medicine of the University of Toronto,
he changed his career to law.  He is now a senior partner of a Hong Kong Law
firm.  He will deliver a speech entitled 'Economic Determinants of
Knowledge-based Economy: Intellectual Property Rights & Other Market Entry
Barriers'.  The seminar will be held on Monday, 29 October 2007 at 1:00 pm
at Room 425 (4/F KK Leung Building, HKU).
