[cc-education] Intended Meaning of "Non-Commercial"

It's actually broader than making a profit -- it refers to "monetary gain":

  "When other people use or trade or copy your work, they cannot do so 
for "monetary compensation or financial gain," unless they get your 
permission."

That seems like it would eliminate anyone making money off of it, even 
if they don't make a real profit.
