I thought I did already.

Textbooks, for one.

I'm trying to figure out how anyone could use material
in a classroom where students pay tuition, teachers
get paid salary, but using the material doesn't qualify
as Commercial.

"Yes, you paid thousands of dollars to be in this class,
but I'm distributing you copies of this work "for free"."

I'm trying to see how this sounds in any other venue.
For example, a band plays CC-NC music at a concert.
"Yes you paid $50 for a ticket, but this song is an
added bonus, provided at no charge, so we can get
around the NonCommercial restriction."

I don't think it is an overly strict interpretation
to consider a classroom where students pay tuition
to be a commercial use.

I could be wrong though.
