The Free Software Definition is not a license. It's a described set of
freedoms.
Many licenses meet the Free Software Definition. Also, “compatible with
the GPL” does not entail “identical to the GPL”.
I see this discussion as fruitful because we can hopefully find an
change to the CC BY-SA terms that would make them GPL-compatible.
