It is not a misconception and it is not concerned nor designed to protect the
four freedoms for all types of content. It is concerned with and designed to
protect the four freedoms for code. At least from all of my reading over the
years that is what I have picked up.

If that were the only weakness with respect to non-code I could much easier
try to live with it. It is the other weaknesses that concern me more.
