Depending upon the specific one-click-hoster, you could be doing any, or
all of the following:
* Selling the content;
* Creative derivative works;
* Mis-attribution of the creator of the content;
Something else to consider is whether or not the copyright holders of
content used within the film have given permission for that content to
be redistributed. ARR content can be legally used in something that is
released under CC-BY-NC-ND, without the content creator, and original
distributor being in violation of the licenses, but everybody that
doesn't pay attention, be in violation of the licenses.
I am not a lawyer. This is not legal advice.
