Nor am I. I only skimmed, but one likely misinterpretation (or I've
misread) is that you consider "Conversions to different computerised
formats" to create a derivative work, which all CC licenses grant
independent of any permission to distribute adaptations, ie, even ND has
this:
The above rights may be exercised in all media and formats whether now known
or hereafter devised. The above rights include the right to make such
modifications as are technically necessary to exercise the rights in other
media and formats.
Not that it really matters as since an adaptation would've have been
created, the "original" in a new format must be distributed under the
license you offered, BY-SA.
