They use the Government and laws to snatch up and exploit works. Using
the same system against them is simply payback time. It all depends on
which side of the wall you stand.
Looked at from one side, the wall enclosed a barren sixty
acre field call the Port of Anarres ... It enclosed the
Universe leaving Anarres outside free. Looked at from
the other side, the wall enclosed Anarres ... cut off
from other worlds and other men, in quarantine.
