Not intentionally but I have not to my knowledge assigned interpretations
to other people or gone around using insults like "freetards". Would a
discussion about "N-C-tards" be productive - I don't think so somehow.

Again please don't construct interpretations of other peoples intent.

I say it doesn't work well because it doesn't have a clear meaning. You
can't for example easily aggregate or derive from NC work without double
checking with every author how the interpret NC. Given the point of CC in
part was to create a *commons* and standardisation some commonality would
be beneficial.

So no - I just think NC needs adjusting for clarity - specifically there
needs to be a clearer description of how to interpret "non commercial".
As the other licence URLs have now shown its not hard to do.
