Sure; it's not that way primarily due to hysterical^W historical
reasons. The list of jurisdictions (identified by ISO code) is
generated independently from the translation step. This may change as
we land some other "sanity" work later this summer.

Possibly; the translations are handled by volunteers at our
jurisdiction affiliates.
