Chuckle... so the Dutch ministry of education will be funding lots of
schools buying new printers and inordinate amounts of paper and toner.
Or the bright schools will upload the lot to places like lulu and print
them that way. Or the kids will print them out costing their parents more
than the books would.

Social problems, technological solutions ;)

I've seen good arguments for NC, but that isn't one of the better ones.
