Indeed. For the popular ones, I think it might be worth it to try a variation 
the "Trent Reznor" play to see what happens.

Michael Masnick makes the point in the video that these plays can work without 
the need for copyright at all. We shall see.

Crosbie Fitch from Digital Productions and The Contingency Market is trying to 
develop a system to make that "easy" from what I gather.
