  I don't think there is any conflict between a copyright notice and a
  cc
  license, the cc licenses is a license to a copyright work after all.
  There
  is / may be some conflict between an "All rights reserved" statement
  in the
  copyright notice and a cc license. Comments from someone with legal
  knowledge
