[cc-community] The case for a stricter (or more honest) CC licence than BY-NC-ND

and ouf course we're all expecting the results of the CC survey on NC

and to add my 2p to Christoph Schiller's problem:  he is essentially  
using default copyright.

this is not only slightly contradictory and apart from the allowed  
electronic distribution I can see little difference to "all rights  
reserved".

one could even argue, that Schiller's use of the CC mark and license  
could be misleading -- "Modified versions of our licenses, however,  
should not be labeled as ‘Creative Commons’ licenses." (http://creativecommons.org/policies 
)
