IMHO: Yes.

The text in the 2.0 sa clause says that you're allowed to offer
the derivative "only under the terms of this License, a later version
of this License with the same License Elements as this License, or a
Creative Commons iCommons license that contains the same License
Elements as this License".
I can't see any restrictions against (re-)offering the derivative
under an upgraded version of the license - even if you initially
offered your derivative under an older version. (You initial
offer still stands, of course, re-offering it under 3.0 does not
change that). Nor would such a move, IMHO, in any way violate
the "spirit" of the license. So: Yes.
