As far as I am aware, unless a 16/17-year-old has 'formally' separated
from their parents, they would require their guardian's authority to
enter into any agreement. It would be possible to incorporate any
agreement as part of our admissions process or volunteer agreement, I
believe.
We work with quite a lot of other age groups as well, although its
predominantly younger age groups that we work with in a training
context.
We also operate as a venue and run various media-based projects, so
there are quite a lot of other IP issues that come into play.
cheers,
ryan.
