[cc-community] CC licences and open access publishing

"The Queensland Government Information Licensing Framework (GILF) seeks to
create and implement a new standardised Creative Commons-based information
licensing arrangement for all Queensland Government information"
I'd be interested to know if progress has been made, to actually turn these
recommendations into policy.
