[cc-community] Putting a CC-mark within wiki markup

Has anyone worked out a need way to display a CC-BY-SA mark within a
(MediaWiki) wiki page? I tried to add it, but it's a mess - see
here<http://www.appropedia.org/Talk:The_Transition_Handbook_-_free_edit_version#Trying_to_add_the_CC_button>
.
Any solution or "best available hack" would be much appreciated!
To explain the (very exciting) background to this: At Appropedia, we're very
happy that a book is being edited on our wiki (The Transition
Handbook<http://www.appropedia.org/The_Transition_Handbook_-_free_edit_version>-
if you're from the UK you'll probably know the Transition Towns
movement).
But as it will be printed, and we can't wait for GFDL and CC-BY-SA to be
made interoperable, we want to dual license just these pages - not the wiki
as a whole. So I want to place a CC button on the template that appears on
every Transition Handbook page.
Many thanks.
