I agree.  This is what we use and will use.  I think the original
comment pointed out that we used something else somewhere.  If it is
someplace that can be changed (ie anyplace except for .../legalcode
pages) it should be changed to that form.

Exactly.  "Attribution-ShareAlike" is a name/brand, not an English sentence.
