Hi Brenda,

SABAM are the rights organization for Belgium. As your a member of  
ASCAP without a creative commons license, your music caries a royalty  
fee when used anywhere. Its not totally free, although free for  
download.

As the restaurant is a commercial premise your tunes would have to be  
licensed under a creative commons license that allows commercial use.

You might want to cancel with ASCAP and also license with a creative  
commons BY license. Then your music can be used with or without  
attribution and also has a symbol to keep SABAM away. Depends on what  
you want to do?
